The mission of The Cannon Theatre is to serve the community through the presentation of family-friendly plays, musicals and comedies. We are also striving to engage youth by encouraging them to build their leadership potential while accomplishing positive results through theater experiences. AUDITIONS FOR ANNIE GET YOUR GUN!
We'd like to announce our auditions for "Annie Get Your Gun" by Irving Berlin, the Stone version, directed by Shawn Cannon, with music direction by Jenni Goodman.
Auditions will be on Sat., Jan. 20 at 4:00-7:00 pm and Mon., Jan. 22 at 7:00-9:30 pm Please prepare a 32 bar number from a musical, and be prepared to do a cold read. 10 MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL!
We have decided to add some more great nights of theater to our season! We are excited to announce our FIRST 10 Minute Play Festival! We are looking for original plays, 10 minutes long, that can be performed with minimal sets and just a few actors. We will be taking submissions starting on January 8 and closing the entries by March 18.
