This much anticipated musical is from the creators of Spring Awakening.
Full of whimsy, gorgeous songs, inventive dances, and fun characters, this
de-constructed version of Alice in Wonderland is sure to
delight you and hit the heartstrings. You don't want to miss it!
It is 1942, and a young woman named Alice Spencer uses the Lewis Carroll stories to escape the horrors of the bombings in London. During one curiously terrible evening in the bunker, her best friend Alfred is diagnosed with incurable tuberculosis and a Red Cross nurse rips apart her favorite book, Alice In Wonderland. This pushes Alice over the edge, and since she has learned the stories by heart, retreats into her fantasy world, dragging the dying Alfred with her.

Announcing our Summer Program for 2024, Ricky Rock's Record Hour!
This program is for kids/teens, aged 8-18 and is being held Aug. 12-15, and Aug. 19-22, 2024. Written and Directed by Shawn Cannon Stage Manager, Choreography by Eliza Bean Its the 1950's and rock and roll is at the height of its glory! The famous radio show, Ricky Rock's Record Hour is the hippest thing around, and now the show is having a competition to see who can perform! A group of friends decide to give it a try as they will be able to perform with their crush, Johnny Ace. Of course, the local townspeople are recruited to help and it becomes a fun and crazy rollarcoaster ride to the top! Lots of 1950's costumes, hairdos, and of course, music and dancing! Everyone gets a character and speaking parts, as well as singing. Its fun, fun, fun!! |
